Quick Guide

Simplified Operation Guide

The technology is simply used by attaching the ear clips to the ear lobes using a conductive gel to assure good contact.   Three stimulation settings are offered, each with different effects using a 3 position switch. The unit is turned on and adjusted until it is supplying a gentle electric massage through the earlobes. The electricity causes a shift in brain frequencies and neurotransmitter levels. It shuts off automatically after about 20 minutes.   A century of use of this relaxation tool suggests this be repeated daily for 2 or 3 weeks. After that it can be used as needed. The effects are long lasting because it uses the brain’s neuroplasticity to retain the changes.

Our design is “Blind Friendly.” That means it can be operated with no need for vision. It can be operated in the dark as well. The Harmonizer uses the traditional frequencies of stimulation recommended by Bob Beck including 0.5 hz, 100hz and 14.3 hz. It also uses 40hz which modern research has shown is associated with deep meditation and lucid dreaming.

We manufactured hundreds of units and sold them worldwide. There were no returns. Our device falls into the consumer relaxation device category and is now being advertised as a device to brighten moods, to concentrate, for relaxation, stress management and to help with meditation.  It is not used for disease management. Our innovation is called “Harmonic Resonance” because 40 hz stimulation is used in an attempt to encourage a higher brainwave frequency by resonance. After the age of 60, 40 hz resonance becomes less common.

As the inventor of the machine at age 60, I found it helped me to improve the design if I used the device on my own earlobes as I worked.

One user Susan of Toronto, Ontario said: “I am very thankful I found this device, I feel completely flipped from how I was two weeks ago. From not wanting to get out of bed to happy, healthy and back to my old hobbies. Thank you for this bringing this technology to Canada, I hope others find it as helpful as I have.”

Ian Soutar, inventor of the Mind Body Harmonizer, worked for the National Research Council in Ottawa instrumenting solar energy collection systems from 1984-1985. He founded Microsec R&D in 1986 to provide product design services for inventors and industry. He is partners with another inventor Ed Haslam and both do microcontroller based product designs. They have been granted 6 patents for unique designs.

Currently Microsec R&D Inc. is doing manufacturing of their own products for relieving stress and helping with relaxation, and to promote healing through pulsed magnetic fields or PEMF.
